Paella Pan (30cm) In Stock Now

An enamel-coated paellera or paella pan traditionally used for cooking Spanish paella (rice dish) on a gas or charcoal grill, or gas burner.

The wide, shallow pan with sloping sides evenly cooks rice in one layer. The pan could also be used for searing steaks, chicken cutlets, fish fillets, and roasts; as a griddle for pancakes, bacon, and other breakfast treats; for stir-frying in place of a wok; as a stand-in for a roasting pan; and even for cooking over a campfire.

The library holds a variety of sizes (30 cm, 38cm & 55cm) - note: as the pans get larger, they grow in diameter rather than depth.
